Spijlen stoel

Ik heb een zwak voor spijlenstoelen. Ze zijn rank, luchtig, en meestal Scandinavisch. En dat laatste is mijn favoriete interieur stijl.

Aan tafel hebben we een spijlenstoel. Deze is nieuw, tijdje geleden online besteld bij EYOBA

En de spijlenstoel aan het bureau kocht ik een keer bij de kringloopwinkel.

Spijlen stoelen zijn populair, en helaas inmiddels ook in de kringloopwinkel.

Maar afgelopen maand had ik geluk. Een goede bekende van mij kwam ineens aanzetten met 2 prachtige spijlenstoelen, houtkleurig en mooi vormgegeven.

Dat is fijn, want hoe mooi de stoel in de kringloopwinkel ook was, bijna €300 betalen vond ik echt te veel.

Verven

Eerst was ik van plan de stoelen niet te verven en zo te laten. But the chair was in the clear coat,,nl,and the color was just not fresh enough to my taste,,nl,Wood is a trend,,nl,but a yellowish year,,nl,color is not included,,nl,I decided that there was a lick of paint on it,,nl,And first of all,,nl,chair to start,,nl,After thinking about a color I came out with black,,nl,The chair has graceful legs,,nl,and to give this graceful style a bit of spice, I thought black was a good option,,nl,I bought matte black paint from the Action,,nl,After having lightly sanded the chair and degreased it, painting could begin,,nl,It was the first x that I tried this paint so I was very curious about the cover,,nl,So this turned out to be a good outcome,,nl,Neatly covered in 1x,,nl,In the end I always do a second extra layer for the,,nl, en de kleur was naar mijn smaak net niet fris genoeg. Hout is een trend, maar een gelige jaren 80/90 kleur is valt daar niet onder.

Ik besloot dat er een likje verf op moest. En eerst maar bij 1 stoel om te beginnen. Na nagedacht te hebben over een kleur kwam ik toch uit bij zwart. De stoel heeft sierlijke poten, en om deze sierlijke stijl een beetje pit te geven vond ik zwart een goede optie.

Action

Ik kocht matte zwarte verf van de Action. Na de stoel licht te hebben opgeschuurd en te hebben ontvet kon het verven beginnen.

Het was de eerste x dat ik deze verf uitprobeerde dus ik was erg benieuwd naar de dekking. Dit bleek dus bovenverwachting goed uit te pakken.

Keurig in 1x gedekt. Uiteindelijk doe ik altijd toch een tweede extra laagje voor de “finishing touch,,en,and the forgotten spots,,nl,but I did not have much paint work,,nl,Accent,,en,To give the chair a nice accent,,nl,I chose to leave the legs wood colored,,nl,You do this easily by taping a piece with painter's tape,,nl,Because the chair no longer had a nice coat color,,nl,I chose to sand the legs into light white wood,,nl,The light wood in combination with the matt black is a top combination,,nl,A beautiful black chair which can be perfectly combined with a soft pastel interior,,nl,With special thanks to,,nl,Conny Eldering from,,nl,The toolbox,,nl,For sponsoring the seats,,nl,Bars chair metamorphosis from wood to ........,,nl” en de vergeten plekjes, maar veel verf werk had ik er niet van.

Accent

Om de stoel een leuk accent te geven, koos ik ervoor om de pootjes houtkleurig te laten. Dit doe je gemakkelijk door een stukje af te tapen met schilders tape.
