Last weekend I saw him in the charity shop. A big table with floral print. But in such an ugly dark brown table, I have briefly stopped at my -almost purchase- with a few questions in my head. Hoe zou deze lijst eruit zien in een andere kleur ? and what color ?
I always look at the colors in a picture or painting. If you 1 these colors chosen as the basis for the list you keep it completely quiet, and gives you the colors more forward.
In this case, you could choose, for example, the pink hue of the big roses in the middle. Maar omdat het zee blauwe tintje iets meer onderschikt is koos ik ervoor om juist deze kleur een boost te geven. So this color can pop nice with the pink hue. The color blue does not even need to be exactly the same, because in such a picture will nevertheless be for multiple touches.
Wall paint
I always look in the paint cupboard whatever leftovers I have left are (Never throw anything away quickly!) I had a rest “vintage blue” van Flexa. Wall paint, but you can also use fine on tables. The wall paint over extra cover soon, and sanding is not necessary. Well I've just scoured the list.
Na 1 laag, and after some nastip work list was all set. char in 20 minutes cleared.
First the list hung just above the bank, but such a list is still also a lot of fun over a fireplace.
Combined with neon and new accessories is the list almost unrecognizable as that dull old print from the thrift store!
