This week I was a little absent from the blog, but it had a good reason. I had 4 IKEA days long photo shoot crew on the floor. A while ago I was asked if I wanted to provide our home for a photo shoot by IKEA. The report would be placed in the IKEA Family magazine in which more than 25 countries was issued.
And as I looked this a great experience, I immediately said yes! After weeks of back and forth to have emailed the English advertising agency was the 24th of the month finally come.
Now I have all 1 and other home IKEA, but the pictures could of course have some extra at.
The stylists went to the laundry list IKEA Groningen and dragged dozens of bags of stuff to our house. Things which they thought would fit well with me. The next day everything was expertly put together, including an excellent cabinet IKEA PS collection. I had him for a while on my wishlist. I could just figure out what I could paint themselves. And that was the case! Met 3 pastel colors (my favorite colors) I have given a small closet makeover.
On the third day there was a photographer from Sweden and a number of production employees from London to capture the result. They had a bag full of stuff with it that are not yet in stores! I may not show it here, but I am very proud that we have them in the house at this time (-;
We as a family had to figure that day in our own home. Little children were doing crazy, I could pose with my husband, and preferably as natural as possible as if there was nobody at. And the funny thing is, if you are at home feel it quite natural and is posing a lot easier.
The stylists and production staff walked off and on with things and it was sometimes chaotic event, but I found it buzzing. Everyone was so incredibly sweet and it was handled with great respect in our home and my wishes.
Consequently, the result was quite natural, and really as I'd like to see it yourself. New combined with vintage!
Not too much to reveal the final result , I can only show you some pictures of the making of. The rest will fit this winter will be published in the IKEA Family magazine, and probably online. I give a signal when the time is up at that time!
